FAQ’s

Our services are available to NDIS participants with permanent or semi-permanent disabilities, their families, carers, guardians, and anyone supporting them in day-to-day care or planning.

Do I need an NDIS plan to work with you?

Most of our services are designed for NDIS participants, but we also assist individuals and families seeking advice, advocacy, or guidance before their plan is established.

What’s the difference between SIL, STA and SDA?

  • SIL (Supported Independent Living) focuses on day-to-day support to help you live independently.
  • STA (Short-Term Accommodation) includes respite stays for temporary support.
  • SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) is specialised housing for people with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs.

Can you help me understand or manage my NDIS plan?

Yes—our Support Coordinators and Plan Managers can help you navigate your plan, manage your funding, and choose the supports that fit your goals.

Do you support people with complex or high-intensity needs?

Absolutely. Our High Intensity Care team is trained to support participants who require specialised skills and advanced care.

Do you work with guardians, families, or multiple carers?

Yes—we collaborate closely with all parties involved in a participant’s care to ensure continuity, clarity, and the best outcomes.

Do you advocate on behalf of participants to the NDIS or DHS?
